Terms and Conditions

Terms & Conditions – Eden Catering
These Terms and Conditions apply to all catering services provided by Eden Catering
Solutions Ltd. By booking our services, the client agrees to abide by the following terms:

 

1. Booking & Deposit
1.1 A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total catering cost is required to secure your
event date. 1.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 Days prior. 1.3
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.

 

2. Catering Services
2.1 We provide full catering services for weddings and events, including food preparation
and service. 2.2 We do not supply crockery and cutlery for events with over 30 guests.
Clients are responsible for arranging these items separately. 2.3 Any special dietary
requirements or menu alterations must be communicated at least 7 Days prior.

 

3. Alcohol & Beverage Service
3.1 Eden Catering Solutions Ltd does not hold a license to serve alcohol. 3.2 The client
is responsible for arranging drinks and alcohol service with a licensed bar company. 3.3 Any
alcohol service must comply with all legal requirements, including age restrictions.

 

4. Cancellations & Refunds
4.1 The 20% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. 4.2 Cancellations made
within 30 days of the event will result in a forfeiture of all payments made. 4.3
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

 

5. Liability & Insurance
5.1 Eden Catering Solutions Ltd is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury occurring
during the event. 5.2 The client is responsible for ensuring that all hired equipment and
venue facilities meet their requirements. 5.3 We reserve the right to refuse service if health
and safety regulations are compromised.

 

6. Force Majeure
6.1 We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances
beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, pandemics, venue closures).

 

7. Food Handling & Allergies
7.1 We take food safety seriously and adhere to strict hygiene regulations. However, we
cannot guarantee the absence of allergens in our dishes. 7.2 It is the client's responsibility
to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions at least 7 Days before the event. 7.3 We
are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed dietary requirements.

 

8. Venue Requirements & Setup
8.1 The client must ensure the venue provides adequate kitchen facilities (if required) for
food preparation and service. 8.2 Any additional equipment needed, including heating
elements, serving stations, or refrigeration, must be arranged by the client unless explicitly
included in our service agreement.

 

9. Staffing & Service
9.1 Our catering service includes staff for food preparation and serving unless otherwise
agreed. 9.2 If additional servers are required, particularly for drink service, the client must
arrange this separately.

 

10. Damage & Loss
10.1 The client is responsible for any loss or damage to hired equipment, including serving
trays, utensils, or food preparation materials. 10.2 If substantial damage occurs,
additional charges may apply.

 

11. Guest Conduct & Responsibilities
11.1 The client is responsible for ensuring their guests comply with venue regulations,
particularly regarding alcohol consumption and health and safety measures. 11.2 We
reserve the right to refuse service to any individual whose behavior compromises the
safety of our staff or the integrity of the event.

 

12. Photography & Social Media
12.1 We may take photos of food displays and catering setups for promotional purposes. If
the client wishes to opt out, they must notify us before the event.
