Beef rump, Fondant potato, onion puree and charred spring onion.

Seabass, Pea and mint puree and fine bean

Maple pork chops, Baba ghanoush and baby apples

Balsamic Salmon, Broccoli puree and thyme infused couscous

Cumbrian haggis filled chicken breast wrapped in bacon, carrot and swede mash and Jus.

Mediterranean vegetable and cheese wellington, humous and rocket.

Miso roasted Aubergine, pickled slaw, and radish

SIGNATURE DISH

Whole roasted treacle and black garlic cured beef fillet, served with bordelaise sauce, horseradish mash loaded potato skins

and seasonal vegetables.

Cumbrian Grazing Table

£15.00 per head

A vast artisanal selection of Cumbrian cured meats and cheeses with sauces, pickles, and salads.

 

The Mexican

£13.00 per head

A choice of Beef and Vegetarian chili with Nachos, Cheese, Guacamole, sour cream, and tomato salsa.

 

Grab n Go

£11.00 per head

Sausage swirl and smoked bacon baps with a selection of sauces and salads.

SERVING STAFF

Serving staff can be provided at £75 per server, the server will be responsible for serving of all food and clearing of tables.

It is recommended that 1 server per 15 guests is used.

MILEAGE

We charge 0.45p per mile from CA2 5AH to the venue post code.

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT

To secure the date and booking a 20% non-refundable deposit is required. Then we ask for the remaining balance is to be paid 7 days prior to the wedding day.
